Distribution & Verification · Staging Preview

Get connected.
Start quietly on your machine.

Local Computer runs on your own computer while a separately authorized AI client can assist with selected files. We provide distinct Staging releases for macOS and Linux x64 with verifiable SHA-256 digests so you control your working boundary before your AI assistant inspects a single draft.

Know the source.
Trust the checksum.

We believe software that interacts with private files must be honest about compilation. Staging releases are not general consumer builds; our signatures and checksums remain publicly inspectable.

Or hand off setup to your AI companion via install.md

You can give your authorized AI assistant our official Staging setup contract. The agent inspects the machine-readable installation guide at /agent/install.md, validates your host architecture, verifies checksums, and prompts you for exact approvals before touching anything.

Staging Transparency Disclosure
These candidates are for bounded Staging testing, not a hardened consumer production release. Local Computer establishes an authorized local Unix socket bridge between your local directories and your AI client grant. GitHub Device enrollment and ChatGPT OAuth are separate consent gates. Neither build claims zero-risk sandbox automation or independent third-party code audits.
